Working for a large prestigious company based on the Europarc in Grimsby. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts via the telephone with the aim of building positive relationships and provide all aspects of customer service.

You will also ensure that all sales opportunities are communicated to the business development them and liase with the product control department and transport department to ensure that all customers’ requirements are met.

Skills

To be able to work as part of a team, support colleagues and share information. Excellent presentation and communication skills, at least 3 year’s customer servicing experience.
